Atrocious, Horrible and Offensive

Recently I had the pleasure to be the featured seller on a website. In turn for me agreeing to sell my prints at a discounted price they help promote my sites and art. Last year when I did the sale everything was gravy. So far this time it's been the polar opposite experience. Like I said they help promote my art on their Facebook fan site that has over 47K followers so it's a big deal. Today I was notified that my work is "Atrocious", "horrible" and "Offensive" according to a couple people. Sure everyone is entitled to their opinions but you know what they say about opinions...

I am trying to take the high road here but seriously why be a "troll" ? I don't always like every piece of art I see but if I don't like it I don't tear down the artist. That's cold. I would never insult someone who spent time working on something that they are proud of. Shame on Kathy (yeah I said her name) on Facebook  for being a troll. Kathy made it a point to say on the fan page not once but twice that my Batman picture was "offensive". Why is it offensive? Does Batman scare you? Did you think it has something to do with the tragic shooting in Aurora, CO? What kind of close minding person would ever think that would ever be acceptable?! Good lord, it's people like that, that probably blame Batman for the shootings. Well thanks Kathy and another "opinionated" fellow James for tearing me and my work down. James wrote "no offense to him but these are horribly done". I hope you sleep better at night because you decided to comment before you think. Guess what trolls? Your comments "offend" me and "no offense" but get a life. I'd like to see you do better.
